A SHOT AT FORMULA 1
In the later part of January, Casey Putsch returned to the United States after a set of business meetings in Europe...

Some very highly reputed and well connected people in the Formula 1 world have most recently been grooming raw talent for a future in F1 and have been looking for the right American profile that could step up to the challenge and have a successful future in racing's highest rank. These people took notice to Casey recently and felt he could be exactly what they were looking for. A meeting in Europe was scheduled as soon as possible to see if Casey and this team might have a future together.

Of the many prominent people the team have been involved with, they most recently trained and managed Giedo Van Der Garde who just signed with the new Dutch Spyker F1 team, as well as trained Lewis Hamilton who just signed with Mclaren F1, and even the ever famous David Coulthard. There involvement with elite athletes is not limited to motor racing. They have helped Moto GP riders, golfers, tennis players, and Olympic athletes. www.giedovandergarde.com www.lewishamilton.com

For someone to be successful in what is arguably the largest spectator and most expensive sport on Earth, they must not only have great raw talent and drive, but must posses other characteristics that will represent their country and sponsors in high regard while competing on the world's stage. The right attitude and the ability to learn are hugely important, as is coming from a respectable background, being articulate, well-mannered, and well-groomed. The ability to relocate to Europe with no strings attached would also be a prerequisite. It was these attributes the team had in mind when meeting with Casey.

It is with great pleasure that Casey has gained the full support of this team! It was decided that the best route to Formula 1 would be to race in the Formula 3 Euro Series along with a strict physical and mental training program that would set him apart from his competitors. www.f3euroseries.com

Casey has been following a physical training program since late last year to ensure that he would have a head start for when he makes the transition. His training has been at the Northwest Ohio Medical Institute in Tiffin, Ohio in their Sports Therapy and Rehab division. Casey says "I'm fortunate to have a world-class facility with the right medical professionals in my own back yard".

This team has everything arranged so that Casey can start racing in Europe in 2007. Unfortunately they met so close to the start of the season, that getting the sponsor backing for such a venture could prove too difficult. If the backing is not able to come for the 2007 season, then the team will be happy to give Casey the same support for 2008. In that event, Casey will continue his physical training and will likely race shifter karts here in the States to stay mentally sharp while they work to secure backers for 2008.

An opportunity of this magnitude is a tremendous honor for an aspiring young driver and for the United States. It has been many years since the United States has had a Formula 1 driver they could be proud of. In the 1960's the American born Phil Hill was the world champion while driving for Ferrari and Dan Gurney's exploits in F1 have become legendary. The Italian born Mario Andretti immigrated to the United States when he was a small child and has become a living legend, but the American drivers who have tried their hand in F1 since, have faded quickly. Given the past success of the team Casey is involved with, there is great hope for the future. Casey says "Regardless of what the future may bring, it is my greatest honor to represent the United States in the sport that I love, with the same spirit that has made this country great, and in a gentlemanly way".

The future looks very bright. If you would like to be part of the team and have your company represented in a very positive way, do not hesitate to make contact.
